白宫公告限制中国学生签证发放和入境

有人知道这个白宫声明怎么样才能生效？
大家准备怎么办啊，毕业前都不回国了么。真的头疼啊

出来留学搞得跟坐牢一样……想到原来接触过的zzbn拿身分的国人，为了在这里熬身份，连自己老父母病危都没回去见最后一面…可能真的是各人追求的东西不同

“ who are or have been associated with the PLA”  (People’s Liberation Army) 只是和军队相关的吧, 老哥这一句话把范围扩大了不少

看了下首页贴，发现估计不光是学校，如果你去一些大公司实习，比如牢厂，那岂不是签证也要被搞
