What steps should students take?

• International Student Services (ISS) is here to help.  Do not panic.
• Wait for additional guidance from Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security which could come out in the next 60 days.  ISS will send updates as we know what is happening.
• If you receive a visa revocation notification, contact ISS as soon as possible.   This does not necessarily mean you have to leave the United States, but could affect any travel plans.  Visa revocations are usually sent to the email used at time of the visa application.  ISS is not informed by the Department of State if a visa is revoked.
• Carefully consider whether or not to travel outside the United States while pursuing your degree or OPT.
• Continue monitoring International Student Services emails and FAQs
  

While we do not have all the answers, we are here to support you.  Please contact me if you have any questions.  We can look for answers to questions shared with us.  If you hear about something happening as a result of this proclamation, please let us know.  Often there are rumors that get started that we may need to clarify for everyone.  ISS can serve as an information hub.

学校群发给所有持F(在读+OPT)/J签证的邮件，预测未来60天会有细则，revocation邮件会发到申请visa时用的邮件，法案涉及所有持F签证的人，包括已经使用OPT开始工作的.
事已至此，走一步看一步吧。

关键看最后是会revoke visa还是revoke status

多谢分享，目前估计revoke的可能性不大，就算revoke只要I-20还在就好，只是就不能回家看看了。

至于新生禁止入境，那估计拒签率飙升啊。

求问为什么有I-20就好？如果revoke是不是会给个deadline，要求在deadline之前出境呢？

事情真的发展到了可能revoke visa的程度。两年前的今天大概无法想象吧。

revoke status如果是opt还可以工作吗 如果是F1还可以继续读书吗？还是说只能呆在美国
