公民婚绿 485/944/864

大家好 我打算DIY做了一下research，想确认一下，公民配偶婚绿，Beneficiary不需要填864并不需要交在职证明或者工资单是吧？因为现在被furlough比较难，我已经准备了去年税表和资产资料。感谢

我记得864要证明收入连续性，所以要提供在职证明或者半年工资单。这个好像是w2和税单不能证明的。

864主要是公民填的，944才是申请人填的

应该没问题，多少人没工作也照样移民过来了。 婚姻绿卡以婚姻的真实性为主

个人觉得944证明self sufficiency以及有雇主医保policy的话， 有在职证明还是会有帮助。 加分项， 在职证明找HR开就好了很简单。很多公司都可以在内网上直接生成， 不需要 wet ink的话。

864 是petitioner 要作为sponsor填的， 如果petitioner 财产收入不够需要公民的亲人或者朋友（必须是公民）作为cosponsor.

有税单、w2等的话，不用在职证明。当然如果有在职证明的话交了也没坏处。

485的instruction Page 12：

9. Public Charge: Declaration of Self-Sufficiency (Form I-944) and Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA (Form I-864)
In addition to Form I-485, you must file Form I-944 and Form I-864 to establish that you are not inadmissible based on the public charge ground, if you fall into one of the categories listed below.

意思是说需要让sponsor签名然后由受益人提交？

不是的，864如果你老公公民本人收入已经足够，不需要提供你自己的。944都是关于你自己的。

递件的时候可以用w2，但是面试的时候要带在职证明和最近半年的工资流水
