BAL 将近 三个月才approve 非工程类 H1B Transfer

等了快三个月，终于批准了！4月之前就拿到了offer， 结果bal还挺慢的，准备了一个多月才file，结果file时候pp关了，只能regular processing，但是还是希望等到approval在入职。毕竟拿着receipt有点慌，不是工程类，做内审的感觉有点万精油job，基本美国人学个随便什么商科的都能做，所以很容易被rfe。六月中律师给我加急了，等了13天才拿到approval。每天刷状态真的是心塞。。。特别想知道别人的transfer情况，才查到了这个一亩三分地。就每天关注大家的progress， 心急自己的怎么还不来。当时公司也是layoff了一批又一批人，生怕自己新工作visa还没被approve就被旧公司layoff，会造成gap什么的很麻烦。索性也没有被旧公司lay，而且赶在新公司7/6的start date之前拿到了approval。已经和hiring manager push 了两次start date了，再拖下去感觉人家就要放弃我了！ 现在终于可以安心入职啦！给大家贡献下我的timeline, see below：
