为什么啊 这样不是就不算 full course status 了嘛

如果项目是可以选纯网课或者线下上课，也不能离开美国必须线下上课吗？

may remain in Active status in SEVIS if they make normal progress in a program of study, or are
engaged in approved practical training, either as part of a program of study or following
completion of a program of study.

意思是continuing student+hybrid+自行翘课 应该不会影响cpt opt把。。。

现在只要学校不是Fully online，离境SEVIS直接失效？

没搞懂这政策的直接目的是啥？全面排外？
