全球美国签证开放情况汇总

不清楚旅行禁令是否是恢复签证面谈的关键否决因素。现在只能关注欧洲申根区有没有恢复领事服务的。

Hi Mary - Beginning July 15, US Embassies and Consulates may begin the phased resumption of routine visa services depending on local conditions. Please monitor the embassy/consulate website for the status of their services.

至少官方說 7/15 要恢復正常發放

加拿大Halifax使馆的置顶推特：

Our consular services remain limited to emergencies only. Starting July 20, we will begin limited American Citizen Services for U.S. citizens in Nova Scotia with appointments that were cancelled due to COVID.  We will reach out by email. Thank you for your patience.
