【H1B 】如何联系CBP更正I-94上的Admit Until Date

看到地里也有其他小伙伴碰到了I-94过期时间被写错的情况。我也遇到了这个情况并且刚刚处理完。想借助这个帖子分享一下我的经验。

如果I-94的过期时间比VISA stamp处给的过期时间短，而且你的护照没有在此之前过期，那很可能就是海关给写错了。

我的情况是，我的I797过期时间是9/22/2022, H1b入境时Stamp上给的是9/30/2022， 我的护照是2024年过期。但是我的I94给的日期是9/30/2020，也就是马上就要过期了。

我是从SAN JOSE 入境，所以联系的是SFO CBP。我先是打电话解释了我的情况，然后被要求发送我的护照visa页，个人信息页，情况说明，到这个邮箱地址 - sfoi94correction@cbp.dhs.gov

然后当天晚上I94就被更正啦

附我收到的自动回复里面的相关内容，希望可以帮助其他可能碰到同样状况的小伙伴。



The San Francisco Deferred Inspection Office will make I-94 corrections for people who reside in the San Francisco Bay Area (and surrounding areas) or passengers who arrived through the San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, or Fresno International Airport.  If you arrived at a different port of entry or do not reside in the area, please contact your nearest Deferred Inspection Office.  This information is available at: http://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/deferred-inspection-sites   

CBP Deferred Inspection Offices are not responsible for providing extensions on admissions that were limited due to passport validity.  Admitted until dates limited due to passport validity are not CBP errors.  CBP cannot generate an admission for a passport that was not presented during the inspection process.

The items listed below will be required to process I-94 correction requests (Please send only the items that apply to your current status):

1.  A signed letter detailing the I-94 issue including a good call-back number (For ALL Inquires)
2.  A copy of your passport biographical page (For ALL Inquires)
3.  A copy of your US non-immigrant visa AND admission stamp of your last arrival to the US (For ALL Inquires)
4.  SEVIS Form (For F-1 International Students, J-1 Exchange Visitors, or M-1 Vocational Students Only)
5.  I-797 Receipt from USCIS (For Employment Based Visas Only)
6.  I-129S (For L-1 Visa Blanket Petitions Only)
7.  I-512 Advanced Parole Document (For Adjustment of Status Applicants Only)
8.  Refugee Airline Boarding Document (For Refugees Only)
9.  DHS Form G-28 - Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative (If Represented by an Attorney Only, Attached to this email)

Please submit the request with the above listed items in PDF format and send only the items that apply to your current status.  Please be advised that some corrections may still require you to make a personal appearance at the San Francisco Deferred Inspection Office.
Requests will be processed only when all the required documents are received.  Confirmations will not be sent out when I-94s are updated.  CBP will contact you only if additional information is needed (not listed above) and/or a personal appearance is required.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for I-94 updates/corrections to be processed.  Updated I-94s can be located on the CBP I-94 website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

不对不对，刚发现其实是STL的CBP帮我改的，谷歌搜deferred inspection sites第一个应该就是官网，找到理你最近的机场，不一定是你入境的机场，给他们官方邮箱发邮件，说清问题，附上材料就行，不回复就打电话或者直接去office，我这个三个多小时就给回复改好了。
