美国房市在抵押贷款利率创新低的情况下“复苏”

因为疫情打击，“萎靡不振”的美国房市近期正在复苏，尽管还是存在高失业率和不断上升的感染人数，但是因为房屋买家们还是释放了压抑许久的买房需求，趁着创新低的抵押贷款利率进行了一波”报复性“消费。据全美地产商协会周三公布的数据显示，6月现房销售较上月增长了20.7%，成屋销售经季节性调整后的年率大约为472万户，创下自1968年有记录以来的最大增幅。

A sluggish U.S. housing market is staging a recovery amid the pandemic, shaking off high unemployment and a rising number of infections as buyers with pent-up demand seize on record-low mortgage rates. Sales of previously owned homes rose 20.7% in June over the prior month to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.72 million, according to data from the National Association of Realtors released Wednesday, the biggest monthly increase on record going back to 1968.
