opt received 118天还是under review...记录一下timeline吧

191号段，到现在118天了还是没批，能做的都做了，太难受了...以下是timeline:
3.27 received
5.13 USCIS receive the correspondence (因为公司推迟入职时间，我提交了一个改start date的信)
7.6 live chat申请加急
7.8 收到加急回复: The expediting of a case allows it to be sent quickly to an officer for adjudication. However, your case is currently under review by an officer
本来以为一周内会有update的，结果还是没有动静...
7.14 联系议员
7.16 收到议员回复，提交privacy form
7.22 跟议员follow up，收到回复: I have not heard from USCIS on the status of your application, but I should in the next couple of days. USCIS will review our inquiry and the documentation you submitted – if it meets their criteria for expedited processing, they will route it to an adjudicating officer for a decision, which can take up to three weeks

现在比较担心因为中途提交了改start date的信，有可能被拒或者ref。一旦被拒或者rfe，在毕业两个月后就没法重新提交opt申请了...只希望可以尽快approve吧

之前打错了，我是8.3联系tier 2 rep是收到信息说case in line, 8.6开始case 就已经被assign给officer了，8.18联系客服也是已经assign

历经160天，今天终于approve了，card is being produced！此时service request还没有assign给officer，ombudsman也没有assign，应该就是时间到了自然批下来了......

太惨了，4/8 的也还在等，今年慢的实在是太慢了……真的一年不如一年了，以前最多处理 90 天的 rule 没有了，去年 under review by officer 最多 30 天的 rule 也没有了，这个国家是越来越不欢迎移民了

是啊，现在那边说五个月以内都正常...唉

我还没找Ombudsman呢，只联系过议员 告诉我under review。。。不知道没到五个月能不能找Ombudsman
