因受疫情影响，拜登将不会前往密尔沃基参加民主党全国代表大会

民主党全国代表大会周三宣布，拜登和其他原定于本月晚些时候在民主党全国大会上登台演讲的演讲者将不会亲自前往密尔沃基进行演讲。组织者表示，以防给东道主社区以及大会的制作团队、安保人员、社区合作伙伴、媒体及其他人的健康带来风险，演讲者将会避开密尔沃基。

The Democratic National Convention announced on Wednesday that Biden and other speakers who were scheduled to speak at the Democratic National Convention later this month will not go to Milwaukee to speak in person. When this news was announced, the Democratic and Republican convention committees were racing against time this week to make final arrangements for the convention that has been disrupted by the surge in coronavirus cases in the past month. Organizers said that Biden will deliver his speech in his home of Delaware on August 20, and the Democratic National Convention will be on TV every night from August 17 to 20, 9:00-11:00 EST. Democrats’ spokespersons are expected to include former President Barack Obama, presidential candidate Biden, and his yet-announced vice presidential running partners.

And Biden is not the only major candidate whose conference plan is pending this year. The current President Donald Trump has not announced where he plans to deliver his speech, and his speech is scheduled to be held a week after Biden's speech.  source
