纽约市的商场将被允许重新开放了

纽约州州长Andrew Cuomo周四宣布，纽约市的商场将被允许在采取安全防范措施的情况下重新开放，但室内用餐仍未重开。Cuomo表示，纽约市的商场如果有适当的高质量空气过滤系统来预防新冠的传播，将可以在9月9日开始重新开放，但入内率只能有50%。而全州的赌场可以在入内率为25%的情况下，也可在9月9日重开。而临近的新泽西州州长Phil Murphy则宣布了该州周五开始可以允许室内用餐，但入座率只能有25%。

New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Thursday that shopping malls in New York City will be allowed to reopen with security precautions, but indoor dining has not been reopened. Cuomo said that if shopping malls in New York City have appropriate high-quality air filtration systems to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, they will be able to reopen on September 9, but the admission rate can only be 50%. Casinos across the state can be reopened on September 9 when the admission rate is 25%.
