Fragomen portal只显示了09/04 pp receipt, 但是自己根据receipt number查到了是“Case Was Approved And My Decision Was Emailed”。 这个应该是批了吧？

在uscis那个page上有日期啊，估计你的4号就approve了，希望我的也快了！！
