字节跳动将给其6万名员工发放奖金，以感谢大家过去几个月的努力

过去几个月，TikTok的所有者字节跳动，面临了政治和疫情多方面带来的挑战，特别是Tiktok收购事件，未来面临种种不确定性，员工一直在 "无休止地工作"。为了感谢这几个月员工们的努力，字节跳动将给其6万名员工发放现金奖金，相当于多发半个月的工资，在7月和8月期间至少工作26天的全职员工都有资格获得奖金。

TikTok收购的谈判在上周陷入僵局，原因是中国对出口的新限制，要求企业获得中国政府的销售许可，国家官员有权否决此类业务，如ByteDance出售TikTok的资产。

In the past few months, TikTok’s owner Bytedance has faced political and epidemic challenges, especially the acquisition of Tiktok. The future is facing various uncertainties and employees have been "working endlessly." In order to thank the employees for their hard work in the past few months, ByteDance will give cash bonuses to its 60,000 employees, which is equivalent to half a month’s salary. Full-time employees who worked at least 26 days during July and August will have qualified for bonus.

Negotiations for the TikTok acquisition stalled last week because of China’s new export restrictions, requiring companies to obtain sales permits from the Chinese government, and state officials have the right to veto such businesses, such as ByteDance’s sale of TikTok’s assets.  source
