交通事故在485里面如何填

近期看到485 instructions 中自从2017年开始特别提到，"In general, you do not need to submit documentation relating to traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual physical arrest if the penalty was only a fine of less than $500 or points on your driver’s license. However, you must submit such documentation if the traffic incident resulted in criminal charges or involved alcohol, drugs, or injury to a person or property". 之前交通事故中有撞到人导致轻伤，但是只是单纯的交通事故，no alcohol, no drug, no arrests, no convictions, no fines, or no crimes are involved. 只是在警察收集了保险信息之后就各回各家了。这个情况请问大家知道该在485中如何填写吗？感谢大家的帮助！

25. Have you EVER been arrested, cited, charged, or detained for any reason by any law enforcement official (including but not limited to any U.S. immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces or U.S. Coast Guard)?
26. Have you EVER committed a crime of any kind (even if you were not arrested, cited, charged with, or tried for that crime)?
27. Have you EVER pled guilty to or been convicted of a crime or offense (even if the violation was subsequently expunged or sealed by a court, or if you were granted a pardon, amnesty, a rehabilitation decree, or other act of clemency)?
但是这3个问题都是问到有没有crime，我的traffic incidents都是civil cases，我的疑惑是对于这些问题我是答yes还是no呢？答了yes的话但其实我从来都没有涉及到到过任何crime, arrests, charges, or convictions.

只要在交通事故发生之后没有被警方拘留或者逮捕就不算crime，都是当作交通事故来处理的。

确实没有被算作是crime，但是我的情况又属于traffic incidents causing injury to a person or property。所以我的就疑惑这个情况我是否需要回答那三个问题为yes。

楼主我真的觉得你多虑了，你上文po的非常清楚了，你自己也说你的车祸不是crime，所以应该答案都是no。

即使闹到打官司赔钱那也就是civil方面的，他既然问你的是有没有涉及到crime那你肯定没有commit crime的。我2016年车祸赔了人家10来万，闹到法庭上和保险公司打官司，前前后后折腾了3年多，我开出来的criminal record依旧是clean的。还是那句话，除非是发生车祸之后被上铐子逮捕了，不然一律不可能是commit crime的。
