1). Contributions of major significance in the field.
     There should be independent objective evidence in the record that beneficiary made contributions of major significance in her field. For example, these supporting statements in the published papers or discussions by others in published paper may be helpful as supporting evidence for this criterion.

2). Leading or critical role for organizations that have a distinguished reputation.
     Letters from current employers with personal significance of the beneficiary's leading or critical role. The letters should contain detailed and probative information. Details should include the specific tasks or accomplishments compared to others who are employed in similar pursuits within the field. (自我感觉第一次老板提交的信已经十分详细，不知道还能写点什么才能满足这一条) 。
