改工作地点的LCA和H-1B Amendment的Timeline

10月5日入职，10月1日H-1B生效，H-1B的工作地点在加州，但是现在不在加州，打算原地入职，所以file了新的LCA和H-1B amendment。目前H-1B amendment已经file了，还在等结果，但是可以凭此远程入职了。15天之内会收到结果。

9/12 Submitted LCA to Department of Labor
9/18 Received certified LCA from DOL
9/28 H-1B petition submitted to USCIS
9/30 Received premium processing H-1B receipt notice from USCIS

很激动！没有被今天实施的新规影响到！终于可以合法地长期远程工作了！
