PhD student opening in IE at Stevens Institute of Technoloty

Dr. Changyue Song is looking for a Ph.D. student starting Spring 2021 or Fall 2021 at the School of Systems and Enterprises in Stevens Institute of Technology. Dr. Song is interested in data analytics, process modeling and prognostics, and machine learning with applications in a variety of fields such as manufacturing and healthcare.

Dr. Changyue Song joined the School of Systems and Enterprises (SSE) at Stevens Institute of Technology as an assistant professor in Fall 2020. He received his Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering and master degree in statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in 2020. He is the recipient of best paper award from INFORMS and Mary G. and Joseph Natrella Scholarship from American Statistical Association. Hello, my GPA is not high. If I can not match the minimum GPA, can I apply to Ph.D.? But my working background matches this direction(machine learning), and I am good at programming.
