今天收到亚麻一封信，这是不是就是传说中的OA。

刚收到Recruiter的来信，这是一个solution architect的职位。看了下考试内容，似乎跟大家的不一样，没有coding。

Online Assessment Exercise:
Here’s what to expect in the format:
·         Work Simulation (35 min) – you will work through several scenarios representative of situations that you mgiht experience on the job at AWS.
·         Work Styles (10 min)
·         General Technical Knowledge & Technical Indicator (up to 35 min) – this part will assess your technical skills. You will be asked to focus on 1-2 of the following 4 areas of your choice, based on your strengths: Modern Data Platform, Cloud Compute, Application Development, Migration.
·         Proficiency Interest Survey (5 min)
·         Feedback survey (2 min)

楼主US的还是Canada的？ 我之前做过这个但是recruitor说不给安排面试了。

我面过Solution Architect的实习，确实是没有coding的整个面试当中。你可以看看我的帖子

两周前做完热带雨林的OA，一直没有下文，以为挂了。今天收到recruiter邮件，要约下一轮。于是来回馈地里，分享一些干货。

考试内容

- Work Simulation
大概三道题：
一个新产品要上线，我要找相关领导签字，要其他组支持，要跟市场部确定宣传材料，要做利润损失报表，确定上线时间，等等，然后要我prioritize所有任务，排序，并且指出那些很重要，一般重要，重要，不重要等。
二是系统升级出了问题，我应该怎么解决。回滚升级，查日志，找之前之后的数据比较问题，联系下一轮升级修改等等，也要排序，指出重要性。
第三个忘了。
不是简单的选择题，像是bucket sort。真不知道这类题是否有标准答案。

这个像是性格测试考试。问题还巨多。

- General Technical Knowledge & Technical Indicator
我选了数据平台和云计算，都是常识问题。如NoSQL的各种类型，TCP和UDP的区别啥的，都是选择题。

- Proficiency Interest Survey
完全不记得了。也许不算分的。

- Feedback survey
对这个OA的评价。
