招生正文：Dr. Qinru Qiu's group at the Department of EECS in Syracuse University has multiple Research Assistantships for Ph.D. students in the area of Neuromorphic Computing, High Performance Cognitive systems, Cyber Physical Systems and machine learning starting from Fall  2021.
