历时 392天，终于通过绿卡申请啦！我是完全DIY，感谢论坛各位的分享和精神支持！特此来分享下我的timeline,材料list，还有面试经历。希望对大家有所帮助。PS发帖功能限制，格式比较乱，大家见谅。

背景
老公美国出生公民，我申请时是H1B。我是第一次申请绿卡，我和老公都是第一次结婚：P

采指纹及面试经历：
指纹：（去年的帖子+更新）
“我大约两周前收到通知说12/24号采指纹。我还想 这大过节的不休息？！但想说人家上班我就去呗刚好老公放假可以开车带我去。结果开了一个多小时还花了四刀停车费，走到门口，发现人家今天假日休息！！！！！！我当时就懵了……你休息就休息 把我约到今天是搞什么？！仔细又研究了下通知 只有说天气或其他不可预知的原因的情况 USCIS会自动给你重新预约。我这种情况应该我不算吧……然后就给客服打电话 我听了两遍菜单死活找不到人工客服 简直要疯了……后来交给老公继续打 终于接通了。而且是一位意外亲切的大叔接的。人非常nice。说很抱歉造成了不便，让我耐心等新的通知。“
后来过完圣诞节后我又直接去了USCIS办公室，考虑到我离办公室有一小时车程，虽然我没有预约，他们还是很善良的帮我采了指纹：）
面试
面试还是很顺利的。我们提前二十分钟到办公大楼外面排队。因为疫情的原因，大家都在大楼外面排队，而且只允许比面试时间提前十五分钟进入大楼。进入大楼后就是在等候室等待了。我们是10：20的appointment，面试官大概10：25左右来大厅找我们并带我们去她的办公室。给我们面试的人非常nice，一路闲聊到办公室。但我感觉可能闲聊的过程中也会有意无意的提到你们住在哪个城市啊等生活细节问题。进入办公室后，还聊了聊她养的植物什么的。接下来就是一起go over 485了。面试官几乎没有问我老公什么问题，就确认了下他的生日，名字拼写，地址，雇主。她也问了我这几个问题。后来，又让我们给她看我们婚礼相关的receipt。因为我们只是在法院领了证进行了最简单的仪式，我只有买证书的receipt：P。不过我面试还带了我提交照片的照片版（申请的时候都是打在纸上的，不是正经照片）。她当时对我们照片上的伴童很感兴趣（哦，她还问了我们是不是都是第一次结婚，有没有孩子）。除了婚礼照片，我还给她看了我们跟家人一起过节的照片。她问了问照片里的人都是谁。在后面我把我申请是打印错的文件提交给面试官，她详细的做了记录。除了照片，我还给面试官提交了，提交申请材料后，有变更的财产（房子上加了我的名字，我们共同名下的车付完了贷款，最近一个月的银行statement，我们共同的投资账户的statement。最后提交的是我们近一年的家庭收入支出流水（我老公典型理工男，他自己一直都有track，所以就顺便交了）。Go over一遍485后，面试官就说我们的case基本通过了，要等她的上级review，但是她觉得基本没有问题了。
整个面试大概一个小时，闲聊占了多半。我们吃完午饭，APP就更新说在制卡了。第二天APP更新说case approved。五天后，usps就把approval notice寄到啦！默默静候卡的到来！

感谢楼主详细的分享！ 目前在准备材料的阶段~想问一下I-864.07中提到的1099表是指什么？是指券商后者其他金融机构寄来的报税材料表格吗？因为每年报税季会收到开户的券商寄来的1099， 不确定是不是指这个。非常感谢！

樓主請問H1-B已經有I-765(EAD工卡)的話，申綠卡時還要再申一次嗎？

整个表格基本一遍。但没有所有的都问一遍。她挑重点的问。不过还是建议提前做好准备被所有信息问一遍的情况。因为我看有人说他们面试的时候被很严格的从头到尾问了一遍。

俄勒冈州
我感觉我已经很慢了，有人别的州的跟我差不多时间交，半年左右就拿到卡了
