12月底交的申请，video interview是在submit application之后会在checklist里出现，并不需要submit完了马上做，没有说明ddl是什么时候，我猜是1.15？这个申请属于rolling形式，所以大家还是尽快完成会比较好
interview会一次性给出三道题，有90s的准备时间，之后就是3分钟的答题时间，时间到了自动停止并开始上传视频。也可以手动提前结束
以下是我遇到的三道题：（凭记忆写下来的，不100%还原，但是意思是一样的）
1. how do you know if someone has integrity?
2. how can engineering be an instrument for positive social change?
3. Describe an obstacle you overcome
