19号晚在twitter上一起为opt发声

现在虽然az有进展，但是不管是tx还是az还都是在delay的状态。
今晚，不论你是az还是tx，如果有时间的话，都请在东部时间10-10:30pm （西部时间7:00-7：30）在twitter上一起发声，让更多的人知道我们的delay，也“督促”uscis早点解决我们的问题。

To many of us, the delay of OPT receipt has been over two months. On top of the anxiety and distress over the uncertainty, many may face losing their jobs and their legal status. In the meantime, little efforts have been made to solve this issue. It is imperative that we make our issue heard. We plan to be tweeting INTENSIVELY between ET 10:00pm - 10:30 pm (PST 7:00 - 7:30 pm) and aim to make our issues trending, to both raise awareness and give more pressure to those in power to act responsibly, with hashtag #StudentOPTVisaDelay
