请问有人收到ASU工学院的fellowship的邮件么

今天突然收到工学院发的邮件，内容如下（个人信息已抹去）。我看了下international student申请的那个fellowship有点太低了吧。然后申请的ddl是1.22。我看邮件里说他们是weekly review的，那说明这个申请已经开了很久了，我在临近ddl才收到，是说明我是waitlist上捞起来的么，还是说这只是个普通的群发邮件，只要申请了这个学院的项目都会收到，我的邮件被系统delay了而已。
我发邮件去问了fellowship的情况，还没回我。想问问地里有没有小伙伴收到过这个邮件。
邮件原文：
Hello xxx,

I am reaching out to you as you have submitted an application for our xxxxx Engr Doctoral program for Fall 2021 and I want to make you aware of two PhD specific fellowships we have available for students to apply to:

Dean’s Fellowship:
This prestigious award is for highly qualified incoming domestic Ph.D. students. The Dean’s Fellowship provides tuition, health insurance and $30,000 of annual support. This award is a commitment for four academic years plus summers. Fellows will hold a 50% FTE Graduate Research Associate position working with faculty conducting research in their field of interest.  Qualified candidates will:

·        Be a first-year domestic Ph.D. student

·        Have an engineering undergraduate degree from a major state university or top private college

·        Normally have a GPA of 3.5 or higher (encouraged but not required)

·        Bring a strong passion for research and has some research experience as an undergraduate and/or other significant industry or leadership activities

Fulton Fellowship:
This prestigious award is for highly qualified new incoming domestic and international Ph.D. students. This is a one-time award and can range from $500-$5,000. Qualified candidates will:

·        Be a first-year domestic or international Ph.D. student

·        Have an engineering undergraduate degree from a major state university or top private college

·        Normally have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

·        Bring a strong passion for research and has some research experience as an undergraduate and/or other significant industry or leadership activities

Please note applications for both awards will be reviewed weekly with the application deadline constantly changing to the end of each week until all awards have been exhausted.

额，我也收到了，我一个朋友申请也收到了，都是早上8点收到的，楼主问问啥情况，也麻烦给我说下，我也早上纳闷了一会，不知道是不是过committee的意思？

哈哈哈哈哈我也收到了！！

感觉学校这一封邮件发的非常莫名其妙hhh

对，我七点多收到的

我和我朋友都收到了...但我觉得就是给全部申请人发了一份的意思吧？不过也怪怪的，万一有人申到了奖学金但是没拿到offer岂不是很尴尬
因为我本科成绩单size过大在申请系统里上传失败，就邮件发送过去了，但我的系统里一直显示少这份transcript，应该committee还不能review我未完成的application吧...

同收到，这个会和offer一块发吧，应该不会出现给了fellowship 没给offer的情况...

asu 是committee制吧，没面试也不一定会被拒，可能会发ad然后需要自己去找导师
