選擇上報學校哪家公司雇主資訊，兩家公司開給我offer

想請問一下，最近我簽一家ICC，但是培訓還沒有開始，下個禮拜才開始，其中合約裡面如下所示。

You understand and agree that you owe to the Company an obligation to use your best efforts at all times and have a duty of loyalty to the Company. You expressly understand and acknowledge that soliciting, negotiating, contacting, either directly or indirectly, with another prospective employer, competitor, customer, client or any other entity engaged in, or to be engaged in, the business of software development, programming, IT consulting, quality assurance, testing, validation, systems analysis or networking, while undergoing training and for a period of 12 months of on project time from the final completion of the training program, which included class room training, interview preparation and exams, shall be deemed to be a breach of your duty of loyalty to the Company and a breach of this agreement and shall entitle the company to liquidated damages as set forth below. Further, you agree and acknowledge that you have a duty and will, in fact, disclose the existence of this Agreement and explain its restrictions upon you to any person, entity or company that may approach, discuss, suggest or otherwise broach in any manner, employment with you.

我的OPT 這週開始，然後我把我的OPT目前掛在朋友那裡，他開了offer letter給我，然後也幫我在找有沒有合適的工作，總之他算是在做staffing company的事情。我這家ICC兩個禮拜之後也會開offer letter給我，而且我也簽了這份合約。在這合同裡面是不是即使在培訓期間，我也不能夠去找其他staffing company，否則違反合同。我是不是最好把報給學校的雇主訊息，到時改成這家ICC給我的offer letter，以免違反合同?
