本人亚麻Sr PMT有MBA工科背景 从业六年多 想着跳槽给自己个更好的跳板 recruiter正好来找，遂面试看看试试水
Recruiter和HM round水过，没准备随便拽，主要是讲resume上的经验
很快schedule onsite，5轮视频面，4个西雅图director, sr principal, 1个韩国sr director大佬. Χ
以下是所有面试题和考核内容
Vendor mgr director
主要是根据resume上的经验dive deep；主要问了the project that has the most impact. 女director蛮犀利，probe了很多细节关于怎么prioritize的 怎么convince others，怎么deliver result和quantify impact；
还问了Manage multiple cross functional team的经验，和我的best prle题要我写4页纸，炒鸡烦人.1point3acres
Provide a detailed example where you applied one of Coupang’s leadership principles to a real life work situation
Provide an example where you have used input metrics to ensure performance improvement targets and output standards were achieved.
