Coupang Principal PMT 面经 [pass]

新鲜的热乎乎的面经， 这几天会debrief。趁着还没忘都写下来希望能帮助到需要的人
顺便攒攒大米，攒攒运气
本人亚麻Sr PMT有MBA工科背景 从业六年多 想着跳槽给自己个更好的跳板 recruiter正好来找，遂面试看看试试水
Recruiter和HM round水过，没准备随便拽，主要是讲resume上的经验
很快schedule onsite，5轮视频面，4个西雅图director, sr principal, 1个韩国sr director大佬
以下是所有面试题和考核内容

1轮
Vendor mgr director
主要是根据resume上的经验dive deep；主要问了the project that has the most impact. 女director蛮犀利，probe了很多细节关于怎么prioritize的 怎么convince others，怎么deliver result和quantify impact
