二月份寄opt到chicago lockbox 更新

纸质的receipt应该快到了
奇怪的是，我把receipt number输入到 tracking网站 https://visa.1point3acres.com/opt， 显示的I765 received on 1.08.2021，比我寄送的时间还要早一个月。了解的朋友可以给个解释吗？

USCIS announced that it continues to experience delays at certain lockboxes in issuing receipt notices for Form I-765 relating to OPT for F-1 students. Per USCIS, these delays will not affect the received date; USCIS will not reject applications that were filed at the lockbox address in use prior to the change in filing instructions announced on 1/8/21; and that USCIS will automatically extend employment authorization for 180 days for those who have filed Form I-765 based on STEM OPT and whose post-completion OPT period expires while the application is pending.

2.22 刚刚去问了Emma, 真人回覆说there's no receipt notice or receipt number.. 持续问下去也是只是回复同样的讯息

请问这是说case还没被process才没有receipt number吗？
有人问Emma也是得到一样的回覆吗？

已经两周了问不到receipt number是正常的吗...担心啊
