11月NOL 依然pending

看了一圈帖子11月份这批NOL是怎么了。 。 。比这早的FR已经发了，比这发的晚的FR也开始发了。请问有人联系过议员吗？

大家多多给dos写邮件吧，一起的话可能会重视一些！重点是要让dos知道11月份这批没有进度但是比11月晚的都开始有update了，所以11月份的可能出了问题要他们调查。不要只说自己的case pending很久 不然dos不会觉得有大问题。我把自己的邮件贴在下面了。

All of my documents were received at the DOS office on January 4th. But it seems like waiver cases whose “No Objection statement” were sent out by the Chinese embassy on November 30th and received by the DOS around the start of January are experiencing an abnormal amount of delay.

I’d understand if that’s the case for all waivers, but it seems like multiple people whose documents were received later have started receiving updates (The total processing time is way less than 12 weeks). Last time I reached out to 212e regarding this issue that people applying later are receiving updates before me, I only got a cold reply and simply asked me to wait patiently.

The DOS claims that they are processing the cases in the order received, so it’s worrying that our whole batch has seemingly been skipped, while others are getting updates despite applying later.

是啊，我找了两次议员，议员联系了DOS，DOS也没给回复。只能自己催了，大家一起给DOS发信吧，也许他们会认识到这一批没处理。我也贴一下给DOS的邮件供大家参考。
Dear Visa Specialist,
I greatly appreciate the detailed information that you provided.
However, it seems that whole batch of 01/04/21 No Objection Statement are delayed, while later batches have already been processed by DOS. For example, take a look at the attached screenshot of a J1 waiver timeline shared on a BBS: his/her NOL was received in DOS on 02/16/21, and the Favorable recommendation was sent on 02/24/21.
In contrast, multiple people whose NOL were received on 01/04/21 in DOS are claiming their cases are still pending now. It is concerning to see cases filed after us have been updated one by one. People of this 01/04/21 batch are getting worried,  and we are eager to see an adjudication by DOS as soon as possible.
I understand that you are really working hard on tons of cases. I kindly suggest that special attention be paid to this whole batch of cases received 01/04/21, in case they were just immersed in your loads of cases. Finally, as always, thanks a lot for your help!

唉真的够等 就怕出了什么问题，我帖子下面又一个12月发NOL的人2月底的时候发了FR。感觉只有11月份发NOL什么都没有

我也发现这个问题！这一批理论上应该2月底或者3月就该有更新，官方回复说是按顺序现在看来也不是这样，但也只能等待了。。。

我们就在这个帖子里，一起祈祷，有什么更新了也互相告知一下吧🙏

我之前联系了congressman，秘书帮我问了DOS，回复说需要12-16周。最近又联系了秘书，答应再帮我催催看。。。。。

我就想知道有人11月发NOL的现在被approve嘛。。如果所有11月的都没动静这也太惨了吧。

对啊，都发邮件到dos问问吧，看来咱们case都在一起，都催下可能他们就重视了
