UCLA秘书发邮件说委员会推荐录取但缺材料让补交靠谱么？

今天下午收到UCLA的邮件，说委员会推荐录取但缺少材料让补交。
有遇到类似情况的么？补交之后就会给offer吗？
很心虚，UCLA我是当彩票学校申的，毕竟低GPA无文章，12月提交申请之后到现在也没收到过面试，套磁也都没回复，不会最后来个无奖phd ad吧。

If you remain interested in admission to our program, then respond to this email no later than March 15.

"admissions committee has made a recommendation to admit" 的意思就是离录取一步之遥。补了材料之后应该就会录了。
