“Unfortunately, you did not make into the “short list” of applicants who received our offers. This year, the application pool was very strong, and we had to make very difficult admission decisions. At this point, we have very few responses to our offers, both positive and negative, so that I have difficulty saying whether we will be able to make additional offers later in March. I am sorry for not being able to say something more definite. ”
