我今天在communication center发了信息，大概四个小时后收到了回复。以下是我的问题以及回复：

迷惑了 envoy不是只算个平台吗  平台的customer experience怎么会access各家律所的抽签信息  感觉这个回复有点奇怪  是你的attorney回复的吗

这是envoy global customer experience的回复：

The legal team is continuing to audit the selection notices we've received, and they are updating cases in the platform as quickly as possible.

We do not have any updates to share at this time. If we receive notification of case selection, the legal team will update this case so that selection appears in the Case Details. The case will then move to the legal team so that they can continue working to fully prepare this case for filing, and you will be notified as soon as we have additional details regarding this case.

回复我的人并不是Chris 而是Grace，我刚刚搜了一下她的信息，她也是在GIA下面工作的。

我觉得Grace的回复很奇怪，说了感觉什么都没说一样。。。

贴三个信息吧，也许有用，祝大家好运！
1. 去年也是用Envoy抽的，没有抽中。去年4月1号收到通知，说迄今为止我们没有收到USCIS的updates（其实就是没抽中），可能之后你还会被抽中，但抽中的概率极低，等抽中再告诉你，直到九月底没收到消息我们才能确定你今年算是没抽中。我查了一下，至今为止去年公司给我开的那个case里Registration Filed的内容一直是Your registration for the H-1B cap lottery has been filed with USCIS. 直到这个case close都没有更新过，所以没有抽中应该就是不会更新，哎。
2. 我今天用live chat问过结果，回答我的是Rachel，我直接问到现在没有收到通知是不是表示第一轮没抽中，她的回答非常官方非常免责，意思就是这代表我们没有从government收到任何关于你的case的notice。个人认为，到现在还没有消息的话，多半是凉了。

我也是Ellie ，怎么着都联系不到，也问过客服Rachel，一模一样，感觉想要个确定答案好难

哎，根据去年的经历，真是upset，希望大家都早日脱离抽签苦海。

刚刚收到了一摸一样的回复

中了！今早case status变成initial case review但是并没有其他小伙伴的selected那个milestone。这是case status下面的那句话:

Your legal team is currently conducting an initial review of your case. This includes reviewing your questionnaire answers, as well as any documents that were uploaded. Based on this initial review, the legal team will let you know if additional information is needed in order to proceed with your case.

快下班时hr通知的，envoy并没有邮件，communication那里也没有回。
