We are reaching out in light of the announcement from USCIS on Tuesday, March 30, which confirmed that the H-1B lottery selection process is complete. To confirm, we have not received notice from USCIS that the H-1B cap registration for you has been selected in the lottery at this time.

USCIS has confirmed that any eligible registrants who have not been selected will remain pending, and USCIS will determine if the registration is not selected later this year. The next update that we are expecting from USCIS will relate to a possible second lottery selection process that we expect to take place after June 30. USCIS keeps the registrations as pending so that if some employers do not file H-1B cap petitions for their selected employees by June 30th, then USCIS will replace those unused selections with those that have remained pending to select more cases.

唉被那帮ICC弄的一年比一年挫折感强. 本科三抽没中现在又开始MS第一抽。祝目前没抽到的今年海底捞好运🍀

我也收到同样的邮件了， 看来是第一轮没有选上。寄希望于海底捞或者其他签证类型了。希望小伙伴们后续一切顺利！
