我的律师回信:"at this moment we are only notifying those individuals whose case got selected under the initial registration. USCIS has not released whether they have conducted both (regular and Master's cap) lottery selections at this time, but they are required to conduct the lottery by Mar 31st. If you have not been notified by us that your case was selected by April 1st, this means your case was not selected under the first lottery. There is still a chance your case may be selected under a second lottery to be held after June 30th, 2021."

Distribution list另外一个律师刚才回信说："At this moment, we do not anticipate things to be change between now and Wednesday. It likely means, your case was not selected"

所以第一轮估计没戏了。

感觉你们律师回复的非常中肯明白，有的律所回复的模模糊糊

我的律师没有回复我。。。看来是凉透了。。
