h1b 本轮结束了呀，哭了

刚收到律师的回信：

CIS just sent out a statement confirming all H-1B lottery selections have been completed.  CIS has indicated that “Submitted” registrations will remain in consideration for selection until the end of the fiscal year (9/30/2022), at which point all registration statuses will be Selected, Not Selected or Denied.   It is possible that someone could still be selected between now and then, but we have not been provided with any specific guidance regarding this possibility.   Last year we did see a second selection period due to small number of H-1B petitions actually filed.”

害 难受了 sooooo sad
