2月底寄的。现在依旧in-transit所以就问了一下usps,以下是他们的回复
As per the Austin IRS Taxpayer Advocate, the mailpiece may have bypassed the Delivery scanning process in Austin, Texas at 78710 as it was not scanned to a PS-Form 3883A Firm Delivery Receipt, to receive a final delivery scan. The USPS Taxpayer Advocate further advised that the working IRS mail volume was extremely high and the snow storm made it very difficult for the IRS couriers to pickup all of the mail at the usps facility. The article may have been delivered to the IRS without a delivery scan. The IRS accepts your acceptance scan on the date of mailing from the United States Postal Service as proof of mailing in case you are concerned about any penalties. You may go to www.irs.gov and click on "Where's my Refund" to get a status on the mailpiece submitted even if not expecting a refund. The IRS phone number is 1-800-829-1040. It takes the IRS about 10-14 days to input data once they receive it, however, at this time of the year the backlog is weeks.
