申请普度ECE，这个算录了吗

申请普度ECE， 收到一封邮件，说是ECE系里面已经建议录取了，还要研究生院看一下，然后会发正式通知。
就想问问这个算是被录了吗？ 有点虚啊。。。。求帮助

We are not able to offer you funding, unfortunately, so we encourage you to browse our website at https://engineering.purdue.edu/ECE/People/Faculty/) and explore the various research interests in ECE. You are welcome to contact our faculty members and explain that you have been approved by the ECE Graduate Admissions Committee and would like to discuss their area of research and any possibility of funding as a research assistant.

Please understand that you have not been officially admitted to the Purdue University until you receive the letter from the Graduate School, which will be uploaded to your application within 2-3 weeks. If you do not receive this letter, please contact us.

。。。不是。。。这个到底算是神马啊，目测是好事。。。但是不确定啊。。。。好虚啊。。。。求鉴定啊

基本是AD无误，我去年也是一模一样的内容。
