Honestly conservatives are better for EE applicants. They will only dial down the numbers for parents/ grand parents and refugees.

数额上讲还是自由党提的涨幅多吧
今年明年后年都提了40万+
今年就捞了这么多CEC
保守党不会遵从这个数字吧

另外他说过失业率高时"allow more family reunification and a little less skilled immigration placement"

这个虽然是几年前的了，但他是说过temporary worker应该剔除high tech之类的话

总之搞不清他是要挺family还是skilled workers
目测他上台FSW，CEC的数量还是会下降（或者不会像自由党在位时增长的快）

感觉他还ok，但新政谁也说不好

从这里看，target和实际邀请数都是在变化的
15到20年，target几乎翻了一倍
里面还提了"The increase in draw sizes may be an effort to reach next year's immigration target of 401,000 new permanent residents."
意思是提升到40万，获益的不仅是refugee，也有EE

作何解释？

但这点其实不重要了
重要的是后面EE计划指标会怎么变

看我原帖发的link. 那里面有每个category 分配的数额。加拿大没有美国这边的spill over.

这么看后面的计划涨幅是不大
然而自由党从15年来已经从5万提到10万
保守党认为这个涨幅不合理，恐怕会收缩回去一些吧
他们的platform里提了速度等，但没有提数字

liberal在台上fsw直接suspend了9个月，现存的fsw backlog完全不解决。跟事实上直接cancel也没差别了。换个人做不可能比这个更坏了。liberal继续做下去 现存的backlog等到maximum 4年之后没有任何progress也许就直接切了。2012那个就是4年切了。

不过我们也决定不了啥，看看加拿大人怎么投吧。
ps还有一个correlation, trudeau上台了之后fsw分数大幅上涨，这又是为啥啊?
