自己申请OINP遇到问题求指点

我之前填写完Express of Interest(EOI)以后上周收到Invitation to apply(ITA), 现在我申请的时候填写信息填到Employer Form section的时候遇到两个问题不知道该怎么答了：
1. Has anyone from your employer's business supported an application to the OINP in the last 12 months?
这个问题网站上给的hint是: This information can be found in Section C – Position Information of the Employer Form.
2. Is someone assisting you (the employer/business) with completing this form?
这个问题hint是：This information can be found in Section A – Assistance with the OINP Job Offer Stream Application of the Employer Form.

看意思好像是说我要先填写Employer Form然后把这些信息照搬到这里就可以了，问题是我也没通知要填Employer Form啊。现在我自己可以替我的雇主填写这些信息吗？还是我应该跟我的雇主说让他填呢？谢谢
