F律所收到材料后18天才file LCA！[transfer持续更新]

Fragomen真是一家不断挑战人耐心的律所。地里不少同学交材料后两三天就file LCA了，然而我的时间线是这样的：

6/7: Requested information/documents received from client

6/25: LCA posting and instructions sent to employer for review and posting（说实话这个表述感觉还没有file）

难以想象他们这18天都在干嘛！另外，在一个星期前(6/18)收到律师一封回信，说“Your case is currently being drafted and will then undergo internal review. Once the review is completed, you’ll receive the support letter for your review before filing” - 想咨询一下好心人，这个support letter是什么呢？是LCA的一部分吗？感谢！

会不会是雇主写的申请信啊？
