真的需要在deadline之前提交Confidential Financial Statement吗？

我是申请的MSE的硕士，我发邮件问小秘要不要提交财务陈述，小秘说：Please mail all items prior to the deadline.
这是指一定要在deadline之前提交财务陈述吗？它还要赞助人和银行的signature，这个一定要是手写的吗？我直接发个银行开的个人资产证明给他管不管用？求知道的人来指点迷津。。。。。。

The first thing is about the confidential financial statement:
   1. the link on your website is broken:http://www.graduate.ucr.edu/Admiss/appfinanfor.pdf
As a result, I cannot download the form, can you send me another link or just send me one?
    2. As mentioned in your application system: Please note that ONLY transcripts, degree certificates and letters of recommendation will be accepted as hard-copies via regular mail. The program will not accept paper copies of other documents, they instead must be loaded directly into the program.
So, may I assume that I should submit this document by email?

The Confidential Financial Statement is part of the online application.  There is no link to a hard copy form anymore.  Can you please let us know where you found this link mentioned so that we can have it removed?  I checked the Computer Engineering and our website and it is not listed.

The form that you would need to submit if you are offered admission is the Sponsorship Information form with appropriate verification of support from your sponsor if you are offered admission.  This form is available through the Confidential Financial Statement link within your application status page accessible through the online application system.

As previously mentioned, the Confidential Financial Statement is part of the online application and you have already filled it out.  The form that you would need to submit if you are offered admission is the Sponsorship Information form with appropriate verification of support from your sponsor if you are offered admission.  This form is available through the Confidential Financial Statement link within your application status page accessible through the online application system.

谢谢skywalkershen的信息。就是说申请阶段不需要邮寄这个Sponsor Information Form啦。
回705，那个personal history就是personal statement的简化版。主要写你的社会、经济、家庭等，任何引导你决定申请MS或者PhD的故事。你学成之后将如何服务社会。
跟Statement of Purpose不一样。后者主要写你的学习工作经历是怎样影响你未来学习的方向、你最喜欢的研究领域、对哪个导师感兴趣、学习完成后有什么置业计划。

最好是交，我去年申请的时候没有在deadline之前交，但是套到了老师，以为有奖学金就不用交了，最后发offer之前小秘告诉我必须交，只要当时选了交就必须要交，否则不能发offer。
