请问下LSU的这个是什么意思？求各位解答，感激不尽。

我想申请这个学校，学校的申请所需材料中写的第七条是：
Recommendation for Graduate Studies Supplemental Formhttp://www.ece.lsu.edu/grad/pdf/recommend.pdf - A supplement to be submitted along with each recommendation letter. It addresses significant factors that could help determine your admission to our program and your chance for financial assistance.




可是这个pdf文档中又有这么一句话：*NOTE:  If you have already submitted your letter of recommendation on the ApplyYourself
online application, you are not required to submit another one here.
这不是说的是如果推荐信交了的话，那么就不用弄这个pdf了？  一般学校不都只需要推荐信么？求解答。谢谢！！！

一般都不需要提交什么补充材料的吧，如果有外部的financial aid，那么学校希望你给一个证明，这样你的录取率肯定回答很多的。我是这么理解的，不对的话还请指正

可是PDF上面说了:
Scan and upload this form along with the recommendation letter on the ApplyYourself application or mail it in a sealed envelope
with your signature across the seal to: The Graduate School, Louisiana State University, Attn: Dept. of Electrical & Computer
Engineering, 114 West David Boyd, Baton Rouge, LA  70803.
