关于admission with financial aid是什么意思？

Applications for fall admission are reviewed in January, and offers of admission and financial aid are extended in February or early March. In order to be considered for admission with financial aid, application materials must be received by January 10. Further applications for admission in the fall semester without financial aid are due May 1st.  

是不是1.10号以后只能拿自费AD，fellowship和TA和RA都不能拿了？还是只是学校给的fellowship不能拿？

financial aid应该就指所有的资助 包括RA TA吧
