485 pending已经过了normal processing time

一发现就马上上网填写了case inquiry，回复说三周之内给答复，就又联系了议员。议员回复很快，填了授权表后就联系了移民局，但已经一周都多了，还没有移民局的回复，发信给议员的staff催，还没回复。
上周五收到了移民局case inquiry的回复：

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received.

这是啥意思？现在还能做什么？找Emma，Tier 2？

多谢！确实是绿卡批了。从头到尾7年呀。。。

这是什么意思？今天收到了renewed的Combo卡，是指Combo卡吗？

标准回复，等于啥都没说

模板回复。。。我朋友联系了议员，议员说要给移民局45天回复。。。

和楼主一样，485 pending已经过了normal processing time, 今天收到的回复：

Further research is needed regarding your inquiry.  You should receive correspondence within the next 90 days regarding this case.  If you do not receive this correspondence, please contact customer service.

感觉是另外一样模版。无奈中...

真是。。。人和人的运气差别真大呀：-（

今天终于收到议员办公室的邮件，说USCIS回复了：

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the priority date of the case for which your constituent is inquiring is currently available and that the case, with other visa available cases, is in the process to be assigned to an adjudicating officer. Please note that in the interest of fairness to all applicants, this case can only be assigned to an adjudicating officer once it reaches its place in queue.

Your constituent may check the status of his case by entering his receipt number in the Case Status box found at the Check My Case Status website or by calling the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. Your constituent may also register online for automatic updates by clicking on Sign-up for Case Updates.

We anticipate that within 120 days from the date of this email your constituent will receive correspondence from USCIS or the Check My Case Status  website will be updated with the current status.

有人收到过类似的回复吗？还要4个月才会有下一步更新，议员办公室是两个月前联络USCIS的，USCIS给了自己6个月时间回应/干活，真是。。。

我的CASE 也超出了正常处理时间 他们太慢了。议员也不回复我 USCIS也是。我都不是485 我只是一个539延期 真是气死个人啊！

我也收到这样的模板回复，还差5天就满了USCIS说的90天，没有一点消息。马上就要节日了，估计今年是不会有任何消息了。所以90天，120天，看看就好，USCIS不想处理，就是不处理。
更确切地说，这样的模板回复也不是给我的，是给帮催绿卡的议员办公室的，对于我，是没有任何回复的。
我是19年6月递的485, 已经等了31个月了，照他们说的按收到时间处理，怎么也不是排到最后的吧。
