拖到了DDL才面，大概不会有比我更晚的了hhh。这是我的第一个面试，很新奇，所以发出来分享！
总结今天的3个题，分布非常均匀。个人素质or经历+program相关+Tech各一道。具体用词可能不太准确，但是意思差不多。

1.You are assigned the leadership role on a team with people from diverse backgrounds. Different team member’s opinions are clashing. How do you approach the team to meet your goals and work together?
2.If you admitted by Foster MSIS, what is your career goal?
3.Give an example of the information system transform to industry.

准备了往年的面经题库，全中。大家如果认真准备一下之前的，基本不会有问题的。

【个人素质or经历】
1.Tell us about a difficult decision you had to make recently. Walk us through the problem, what your thought process was and how you ultimately handled it.
2.Give me a situation that you have to give someone difficult feedback.
3.You are assigned the leadership role on a team with people from diverse backgrounds. Different team member’s opinions are clashing. How do you approach the team to meet your goals and work together?（命中）
4.Work experience with people of diverse backgrounds/settings. How do you like it?

【program相关，这里有很多种问法，我归纳了一下】
1.Why program？
2.How program help you achieve your goal.（1、2的答案会有重合的部分，可以互相参考）
3.The pathway that lead you to apply MSIS.
4. If admitted, your career goal.（命中）

【Tech】
1.Describe the most innovative change that you have initiated and what you did to implement this change
2. What do you do to keep technical skills current?
3. Give an example of an information systems-related idea that you‘ve thought through or implemented.（命中）
4. How are you familiar with an object development environment? What platform have you used?
5.Tell us about your experience with databases. How have you used them and what platforms are you familiar with?
6. Have you used data warehouse and data marts?
7. How are you familiar with the protocols and infra-structural issues related to large-scale data networks?
有很多文法是换汤不换药的，大家灵活应对即可。
