data的h1b，transfer到cs被rej/RFE的概率大吗？

大家好 我现在在某厂做data scientist，去年抽到的h1b，但是决定转cs。
.. 想问data的h1b transfer到cs，被reject / RFE的概率大吗？

P.S:
master major code: financial mathematics
current title: data scientist
current title on h1b application: Statistician

去年海底捞的h1b被RFE了，有点担心是不是因为master的major和现在的title不对口。但是有一个同学和我同专业同title直接过了，所以感觉也很看人。想问h1b transfer更看重学历的major，还是更看重curent h1b的title？
