各位亲亲，问题已经解决，日本出生不用eb5，日本出生直接e2就可以，因为日本是美国的协约国，e2只需要20万美金就可以了，不用排期，问题解决了，各位再见。LZ准备明天删帖了，今天知会大家。

我查了一下e2必须是协约国公民才行？lz打算入日本籍？

LZ you clearly didn't do your research, because the E-2 Treaty Investor visa is NOT dual-intent visa and does NOT allow a direct pathway to permanent residency in the States.

Obviously there are other indirect routes to PR eventually, but all of those options (PERM, NIW, EB-5, FB) are equally available to everybody else, and not unique to E-2. The more I read your post, the more I'm getting the impression that you have some sort of mental disorder along with delusions of grandeur. You talk a great deal about the accomplishments of everybody else around you except for yourself. I suspect this is because you've accomplished very little to nothing in your own life on your own merit, and so you desperately work in the achievements of OTHERS at every turn to try and pad your life experiences and make yourself look good. You're not fooling anyone.

I'm going to take the high road and avoid hurling frivolous insults at you. But I just wanna point out what little English language skills you've demonstrated in your post is "subpar" at best, and a far cry from your so-called "所以我们的英语都很local".
