BC PNP international post-grad 职位要求

lz最近临近毕业，打算走BC PNP international post-grad， 这个不需要job offer, 但最近接了一个外省的offer,可远程BC工作，不知道这样还能走BC PNP吗

如果你继续在BC报税 住在BC 应该没问题。

多谢回复！我一开始也是这么想的，咨询了一些顾问，有的说可以，大部分说不行。我猜可能是疫情以来大部分公司开始WFH, 像我这样的DP不多，可能大部分顾问的经验是从Skilled immigrants的BC PNP来的。不知道您有没有别的看法为啥这样可以。多谢！

BCPNP的条件唯一和工作可能有关的就是intent and ability to live in BC，你要提供你生活的ties to BC,
Job的确是一种tie，但是比如房子，租房lease, family, social connections也都算是ties to BC啊。

• 提供全职的、不确定的（永久的或没有确定结束日期的）就业。
• 有良好的工作场所和商业惯例的历史
• 签署一份雇主声明
• 符合国内劳动力市场的招聘要求（如适用
• 向您提供全职、不确定的工作机会
• 为您提供符合行业标准的工资

Your employer must:

• be established as an employer in good standing in B.C.
• provide full-time, indeterminate (permanent or with no set end date) employment
• have a history of good workplace and business practices
• sign an employer declaration
• meet domestic labour market recruitment requirements, where applicable
• make you a full-time, indeterminate job offer
• offer you a wage in line with industry standards
  

show your intent and ability to live in B.C.
你拿外省Offer，你的ability to live in B.C.就没了

2. Ability and intent to live and work in BC

• You need to prove your ability and intent to live and work in British Columbia, and evidence can include:
• The length of any previous and/or current period of residence in BC,
• Your connections to BC through work, study or family,
• A description of any actions you’ve taken to permanently settle in BC, such as finding a job or place to live,
• Employment search details (prospective employers, applications, networking efforts, business development, etc.),
• Community involvement,
• Ability to financially support yourself in BC, and/or
• Your plan to obtain or maintain legal authorization to work in BC.

他这个bcpnp是international postgraudate不需要雇主的。。

他申请省提名时，要如实申报自己的所有情况 （申请系统应该也会问他工作）

如果我是签证官，看到他为外省公司工作，就是RedFlag，说明其在BC省没有生存/找工作的能力，要求他解释。。。
就搞复杂啦 这种操作风险大

我最近在咨询雇主有没有达到BC雇主要求，我只需要问他们符不符合下面这几个条件就行吧？

上面说be established as an employer in good standing in B.C. 和have a history of good workplace and business practices  & sign an employer declaration 太general，请问你知道有没有步骤和需要的文件对应上面这三个点吗。

上面摘抄自省提名官网 有个文件提到 have 5 full-time employees (3 if outside Greater Vancouver)可以参考

那你不用操心了，正经公司都符合条件，Offer/在职证明能上写明是BC办公室就行了/或者说明有BC分部
你问上述长串问题，公司HR说不定会比较晕，建议问之前有没有员工走PNP，就知道答案了

你List的已经是完全employer-sponsored的pnp requirement了，一般雇主都满足这些条件，但是雇主愿不愿意花钱sponsor你又是另外一回事了。

正常雇主都是需要找律所弄这些document的，it is way out of the post-grad bcpnp league。

最简单的方法是雇主变成bc分公司或者证明你job是fully remote。
