如果真的裸辞了，并且工作找的不顺利，一定在优雅期 ...

H1境内转B2似乎问题不大，境内B2转H1据说不可行？

这位大人消消气，grace period我翻译成优雅期属于直译，冒犯之处请见谅

what you need to do: find a psychologist (you need someone who can sign your fmla papers, many psychotherapists are not qualified, someone with a phd/md can) asap, apparently you have been going through mental stress which causes you to not be able to continue performing your normal work - so describe how you feel and what you are going through to your therapist, and let them diagnose. you may want to look up the symptoms of depression/anxiety disorder/other mental conditions and learn some terms to use in your conversation. You want to make it very clear to your therapist that you want to take leave asap. If they are not willing to sign your papers, move on to a different one.

You don't need to risk your visa status. FMLA is a protected right by federal law, it's designed for people to heal either physically or mentally. Use that. And yes, many people never return to their job after FMLA.
