请问哥大cs master的CSE degree

在哥大cs的网站上看到，如果申请人已经有cs master degree，那么可以申请一个叫做Computer System Engineering(CSE)的professional degree，是两个学期的。
并且还提到必须要提交一份essay:
"

Applicants must submit brief (about 1 page long) essays outlining the general areas in which they propose to do their project work as well as the name of the faculty member that has agreed to supervise this project work. "

但是我在FF SEAS Application System中没有看到哪里提交这么一份essay。不知道这个是必须在申请时提交的，还是发了ad以后，去那边的学校再提交的？

有哪位哥大cs的知情人能指点小女子一下么，万分感激
