都这么多年了还没散完？当年做过处理吧。而且我没看出来对成交价的影响...

只有新建房才有处理吧，这些都1960的房子了，不拆房子怎么处理？

disclousre的harzard report里应该会写。

根据报告污染源已经被处理了，附近民居也就是持续监测室内空气质量。至于离多远，就是个心理问题了。随便说一个，离site 半个mile？

Sunnyvale这种superfund多了去了，好像对价格没啥影响。
